How do you those of you dose the gsh that are doing the oral and inhaled. Say you are supposed to take about 2500 mg a day. Do you split that between the oral and the inhaled? So maybe 2000 mg oral and 500 inhaled or something like that? or is it 2500 oral and 2500 inhaled? I have read over all the previous posts and looked on the website but have not been able to find what I am looking for. Thanks,
