We tend to continue the inhaled GSH. We had NEVER done inhaled GSH until 2 years ago...and our daughter cultured PA at age 6..she is now almost 12. PA is just one of those bacteria that is super hard to eradicate. Once it sets in the lungs, it is very hard to get rid of it. It continues to form a barrier that gets tougher to break through.
