If you suspect you have a bad yeast problem, it is time for nystatin or another yeast-killing drug that can be taken orally. I'm firmly convinced that yeast overgrowth in the gut is a big problem for CF pts, much bigger than the doctors seem to think it is.

Talk to the docs about getting a stool sample tested for yeast, and if it is positive, starting her on yeast-killing meds. Also, look into a higher potency of probiotic in the meantime . . .
