Just wanted to say that I believe without a doubt that GSH saved my daughters life 5 years ago.
The docs had told us that they couldn't do anymore for her, they were doing everything they could.
They also gave her a death sentence. Told us that if she continued the way she was going, she would only have approx 3 years.
She was only 5 at the time.

I guess GSH was our last chance to help her, and it did. Within 2 wks of starting GSH her lung function improved. We also noticed lots of other changes for the better. Weight gain, more energy, less oxygen requirements etc.

So.....here we are 5 years on and her condition is very stable, and her lung function still continue to creep up. She still has admissions and fluctuations in PFT's during exacerbations etc. but the amount of time spent in hospital has reduced as well.
We have found at the odd time when we have run out of GSH that we notice a decline in her health within a week.
One of her docs even told us that GSH had made all the difference to her health, although they would not say that to anyone else.

Because of the success we had with GSH, we research further into antioxidants and found that she still needed more in the way of vitamins and minerals. She was already taking a multi-vitamin from the hospital along with E, A, and K. But we found that the multi-vitamin was of poor quality and was doing virtually nothing. We found some good quality supplements from Usana and started her on those, much to the docs disapproval. However her health improved even more since starting GSH, and she is doing quite well.

I highly recommend using GSH in combination with "quality" supplements for CF patients. You will really notice the difference.

Our docs must be reading about the studies on GSH because they often ask if she is still taking it. I also at times hear them telling medical students about GSH and what it does. I find that quite strange considering the opposition we have had at times.

Anyway.....Our daughter has been on GSH for 5 years and will continue to take it for the rest of her life. I would not even think about stopping GSH treatment. As I said before, it saved her life!!!
