I'm really not a huge fan of Sweetheart of the Rodeo, and I'm a big Byrds fan. It just is a bit generic, which sounds weird because they invented the genre pretty much. It's just that so many acts did that style better, like The Band and Little Feat, etc. Of course, all three bands I mentioned are so much more than that anyway, so none of them let that handcuff them.
