...but I think Why Do Fools Fall in Love is Brian's single most beautiful vocal performance on record.

I know everything from the title on down screams 'throwaway doo-wop cover' (and it actually took me a few listens before I could admit to myself that I saw it as anything more than that) but the vocals lift it to a higher plane.

For me, anyway.
