1) Black Sabbath; 2) The Wizard; 3) Behind the Wall of Sleep; 4) N.I.B.; 5) Evil Woman; 6) Sleeping Village; 7) Warning. BONUS TRACK: 8) Wicked World.
The North American release track listing (the version John has):
1) Black Sabbath; 2) The Wizard; 3) Wasp/Behind the Wall of Sleep/Bassically/N.I.B.; 4) Wicked World; 5) A Bit of Finger/Sleeping Village/Warning. BONUS TRACK: 6) Evil Woman.
The major difference is that the first track of side two is different, with "Evil Woman" being an a-side and "Wicked World" being its b-side (which makes it somewhat odd that the former would appear on the British release, though I guess by 1970 that trend was fading away). The titles on the North American release look odd, but they just gave names to different sections of different tracks. For instance, the jazzy intro to "Behind the Wall" has been titled "Wasp", the bass solo to "N.I.B." has been retitled "Bassically", and the two-to-four tracks have been squeezed into a "medley". The same goes for side two, where "Sleeping Village" (here giving its acoustic part the title "A Bit of Finger", which is odd considering the acoustic part is when they actually sing the words "sleeping village") and "Warning" are squeezed into one.
Since both versions now come with the missing track as a bonus track, they're essentially the same, but I prefer the European version, since it flows better with "Evil Woman" in the middle and "Wicked World" is a better closer overall after the somewhat less interesting "Warning", whereas "Evil Woman" wouldn't be a huge improvement over the actual closer.
