However with repeat listen, every song in Steady Drip range from mediocre to decent (5-6/10) type material with nothing standing out as great but apart from Stravinsky's Only Hit which I dislike there is nothing that completely sucks. So perhaps I over-reacted in thinking it was the worst Sparks album.
So it's a more consistent album then Pulling Rabbits and Interior Design but there isn't a single great song.
It's clearly better than Ingmar Bergman and maybe slightly better Interior Design. Although I'm not sure about Pulling Rabbits
What's better an album that is consistently mediocre or album that mixed bad songs with some keepers?
