I decided I wanted to cover "The Inner Mounting Flame" by Mahavishnu Orchestra. I've been fascinated by this album and this band for a very long time, and since I don't have them on my writing itinerary I decided the podcast was a perfect vehicle for it. They're jazz fusion, but they're a jazz fusion band that became rock stars within a couple of years before imploding, and they're really interesting. I hope you'll listen to it.
