I talked about this with another friend who I listened to the album with, and he reminded me - I forgot that in all of the "war march" type tracks, Tony Kaye has generic Arabic chanting in the background. Hard to ignore the implications of that, as well.
There are many things about this album that are in bad taste. It doesn't matter that they're instrumental - Tony Kaye provides context with the concept of the album and with the way he presents some of the tracks.
