It's slim pickings! Aside from Squackett, I like two that have come out in the last year: "True" by Jon Anderson, and "Yessonata" by Rick Wakeman (first track is a piano medley of various Yes melodies, second track is a piano medley of various melodies from the King Arthur album). Otherwise it's not a fun time.
