Oops. Maybe they are trying to help you gain weight? I have that problem with Dh. He loves ice cream, and it helps to keep weight on him, but it's got sooooo much sugar in it! He does not need that very often.
My two tee-shirts that were for me to wear were:
My parents' idea: I don't pay retail! Because I used to be their personal shopper, and got good deals. :-)
And, with the steam museum, for both Ds and I back when we were really active, pre-covid: If you see me running: Keep Up!
The man may just be a little odd, but also, with Parkinson's can come strange behavior. Did you know that some hallucinate, seeing people/animals which are not there? I didn't know that for a long time, but learned it a few years ago. A friend of my fathers had it. I guess that it depends on a lot of factors.
Oh, how cool that you took the photos with you!
And, how wonderful that people could support her.
Lol! They've got your number, so to speak, re: wrapping silverware! Maybe you can take it home in a box, and wrap at your leisure to avoid hurting your neck...been there, done that! Then, return the box filled with wrapped silverware. How many people will be at this event? I'm sorry that I'm not there to help; I would if I was. There's a saying about many hands making lighter work. I love all of the old sayings. Best of all, most are true.
I hope that you got to snooze a bit after your night up. I did see your basic weather on national weather news. Batten down the hatches, and what was it they used to say - keep your powder dry? 3" is a lot of rain!
Yep, that's the left palm alright. You never know! :-)
Happy Mother's Day to you, too! Have a wonderful week, and enjoy a treat today.
