I didn't turn them for 8 minutes plus. cooked they on the other side for 8 minutes and tested them.
I took them out placed on a plate and cut a slice. OMG! This is awesome chicken.
I sliced two med gold potatoes - added butter and a tad of oil to a pot melted then tossed in the sliced potatoes. They are fried and really good.
I had made a huge bag of Coleslaw and am down to the last amount. I have one more bag to go. It's perfect and I had some with every meal this past week. The older it gets the better. 8-) I may just add then new bag of sliced coleslaw to the container... add a bit more mayo, vinegar, etc. It shouldn't take long to season the new coleslaw.
Oh and btw - the chicken breast are so large I have to cut them in half after they are cooked as I couldn't eat on with out all the sides. Serious huge!
What a great meal. I had forgotten to add a bit of oil to butter when cooking meats, poultry and fish. That really makes a big difference in the flavor.
I also do the same for veggies - a bit of butter and a bit of oil, S&P and a touch of garlic and herbs. WowZer!!! 8-) LOLOL!
I can eat alot but i/2 of one chicken breast was enough. I cook two med/small sliced gold potatoes and am saving the coleslaw for now. I gobbled the chicken and potatoes. 8-) now for the salad.
Went back for a bit more of the chicken breast. 8-) YUM!!!
Oh, one more thing... My neighbor brought me 6 store sized cntainers of Cherry tomatoes. I box is in my fridge the other 5 are in my freezer. I have plans for them. Yes I DO!
