As a result of our being gone, Evie will be home alone. I wouldn't give her any turkey as I don't have any here. I don't even eat turkey on Thanksgiving. My ds is making a turkey breast, but I will be eating chicken and dressing. I have never been much of a turkey fan.
Evie has not had experience with too much cold weather, but she has not been impressed with the little we have had. She is not a fan of rain either.
Evie does not sleep in the bed with us, and I have never had a dog that does even as a child. She has her own bed. In the hot weather, she has a fan to keep her cool. In the cold weather, she has a vent near her, but it won't blow on her directly. She isn't double-coated like our Rotts, but she does have a nice coat. I am looking forward to seeing how she does in the snow. I hope we have enough to see that.
