This dog has too many conditions the two of you shouldn't have to deal with.

I have had to pass up a few rescues myself... but I did it to keep my critters and myself safe and happy.

You know dogs. You haven't met his yet have you? Really think a few more times and pass. The dog will go where it needs to and probably with someone better suited for its life style.
