she is outside. She often barks at things I cannot see. Inside, she gets excited if she sees the dogs next door. She really does't like the little dog, so I don't let her out if I know the others are out. She didn't see something outside the kitchen window today, but she usually doesn't see out that window well as there is a sink and cabinets in front of it.
