They have 4 dogs 1 is DDILs, Boy has the service dog then there are 2 dogs which they will take to her family for Boy & DDILs house they built and are fitting out. Eventually they will live there all the time.
Spicy Italian of course. It's MY SUB. When visiting NJ as an adult I always had subs from Italian markets. They were always PERFECT!Real Italian food.
The bun at Subway was hard. I didn't eat it all so took it home and remved the meat and they used grated cheddar YUCK..
Life has changed Plum and not for the better. The awful things happending in SA , plus they never did find that woman who lived one country block west of here up the hill. She was kidnapped and has never been found. Another womans mother was kidnapped then returned. 1 woman and 1 man eneded up dead. All of them were walking on the load just up the hill of us - walking towards the church.
The woman still missing had been at the local VA Bar 1 block closer to the lake then my street. They have never found her.
The folks at the community center hate me walking over there.... so I get rides home all the time. They are all very weirded out over my walking home.
I am blessed to have such wonderful people in my life. Though I have to keep my mouth shut. I am so wordy and some of the women go too far and me also. 8-( Potty mouths, all of us. We are trying not to thing is there are 6 +/- of us and have the center to ourselves - or used to now the Bridge folks are playing at the same time as we are. Weds & Fris AM to 1 or 2pm or longer.
We try to keep it low key if the bridge folks are playing. LOL They are way serious! LOL
Anyway, today I will be doing my med history info. My appt is on the 6th at 3pm. Fairly close 30 minute drive. Luckily I have access to a trans company that only costs $2.00 per trip if within my country. A bit more if another then if SA or further based on distance.
Charlie is off his apple right now I should buy some carrots for a change up. He is definately gained weight and everyone says he look awesome. He is more then likely to obey me unless critters or people onour road. Then he races to the fence and barks but not as much as he did prior his meds.
Well I have to go eat. I've been off cooking it is so hot and my house is borderline ok until the sun is going down. There is a period of time when the sun is starting to blast in my bedroom windows. I have foil and white material hanging in there which sorta helps. But for a few hours - luckly all the trees are taller and fuller, so sorta blocks the sun as it goes down in the west.
We have had so many clouds - almost every night and morning... so no stars for 2 years. No moon, etc. All sky events I have missed out on. Not because of the trees but the clouds. Which means Humidity all the time. If the clouds burn off, litterly, the heat is worse and the humidity less. Not sure which is worse. I have to be careful with Charlie. He isn't running as much unless dogs or people. I try to watch for them and the deer. But he is more then willing to go, Home! Home! when I tell him. Unless he sits down in the driveway and looks are me. I don't always give in to him - but sometimes... I insist he goes inside. Especially when the temps are over 110 and humiduty pushes it to feel close to 119. Hedious. And it's going to get worse. Thank goodness I do not live in SA.. they have the worse power company and the gov'nor is a jerk. Honest he hasn't made the power company prep for the temps or the cold during the winter. People die year round due to his stupidity. Seriously!
Ok I have to go eat. I have some frozen French toast I made a few days ago. No strawberries now. But I have some applesauce - sugar free. And I use honey not syrup.
I need to get going on my med info. SIGH I want it done by tonight.... I had to order a bunch of dog cat and critter food which will arrive over the next 3 days. I'm glad I have a late appointment for the Drs - most of my deliveries are from 9am to 3pm.
Oh and for feelinglike a sr... I am fairly yonger looking but an 77 in Dec. I don't look it I know... but There are women who are younger and do. Oh I have to be so careful... I have three that are really close friends now and feel blessed with these friends. The group has only 1 or 2 men that play cards/dominos with us. It's an interesting group to say the least. 8-) I am very grateful for them.
Yes I am working hard to clean some things every day. The Library will be last to vaccum using my cheap cleaner. I have a group of stuff the kids dropped off and or left in the library that I am going ot donate to the Trash org, Our Community is the name and the guy that started it is great. A really great guy.
Anyway, I still have corgated boxes under DDs bed - flattened of course. Her closet is full of folded and small boxes, plus two walls have lots of large Amaon & Chewy boxes leaning against them.
Oh speaking of Chewy, I only have Charlies med from them now. I can't afford the shipping costs and I buy the same or similar products now that it is ony Charlie and the Cats. And the wild birds & squirrels of course.
That snaake turns out to be a bullsnake not deadly at all. Whew! I just am not happy it disappeared under the roots of the two gian Oak Trees just off my back steps. Sigh! 8-(
Ok I really need to give Charlie his apple and chews. I am out of a lot and will get m ost everything on the 5th and 7th. But first I MUST go eat. I will have french toast I made a week or so ago.

Have a safe Fourth. My Flag is 33 ins long & 21 ins wide. But very visible hanging from my porch roof.
I always hang it out for all serious holidays. Except I forgot this past Memorial day. That was weird as I NEVER forget.
