I ordered three different ones with basically the same info. One is his name, address and his Microchip number.

The second has my information - name, cell # and address.

I had a number of copies made of both and I have a set on my key chain. I also gave Boy a copy that has Charlie's info and a second with my info on it.

I also have another set just in case he or I loose one or more of the tags.

I also pay for Home Again every year. My vet also has all his info and mine as well as his chip number.

I am obsessive about Charlie getting out. There is no way I want to loose him. He is too prescious to me.

My cats have no tags but I have their crates close by. Plus I have their info in my wallet.

Prayers for all our critters that they remain safe and sound and with us.
