I come from the Alexander Mack tradition. Me, my dad, his mom, her dad. My dad's mom had 4 uncles who were all fire and brimstone preachers in the Church of The Brethren. They all looked like ZZ Top with their Loooong beards. Of course you wore a beard then or you just weren't a preacher!!!
