We have yet to see if the KOC "den mother" approach to NFL culture produces any post season payoff. Tony Dungy was replaced in Tampa Bay for being one of the best regular season coaches that had post season struggles. Dungy's " Den Mother" approach got him shltcanned by the Glazer family in favor of the John Grudens "knock some heads together" approach which resulted in an immediate superbowl win.

Me personally, Id gladly trade/replace koc for Vrabel. Dan Cambell or Sean Payton.
