Yes, Mac went to San Fran. My hope is that we would sign a proven veteran QB and another young QB who showed potential in college but just needs new surroundings to hopefully blossom. I'm tired of wasting draft picks in the late rounds on a QB that is off the roster in a couple years anyway. Mac Jones, Drew Lock, Zach Wilson etc. are guys who I think are worth bringing in through training camp to see what they got. Zach is gone too, he went to Miami. But guys in that mold intrigue me. Nothing to lose by signing them, but a lot to gain if they succeed. At the beginning of FA, I was convinced Daniel Jones was going to re-sign with us but that started this whole chain reaction of QB rumors. If they are looking for a trade, this could drag out through the draft.
