The article I read suggested salt lake & portland are the front runners. Probably years ahead in the funding process. While Vancouver & San Jose cant pull together an agreement for funding stadiums.

San Jose had the opportunity to build a stadium for the A's & couldnt pull a consensus together.
Side note- the A's have yet to pull their funding together. Resulting in the timeline of their move to vegas now pushed back to 2029.
