I think... LeFleur & Koc have same problem. They need to empower a OC & focus on being the HC first on game day. Or? Hire a game manager co-ordinator. The game is so detailed in the current era. Too big for most to be both co-ordinator & hc. Delegators not micro managers make best hc... Except for the few exceptional ancient guys.
