Trumps admin has either broken or discussed breaking all 10.

Protection from cruel punishment
Right to a fair trial
Protection from unreasonable searches
Right to practice religion
Protection of private property
Right to a speedy trial
Protection from self-incrimination
Right to peacefully assemble
