What's extra beautiful- is the DC he's coming to. With a caveat. Not everybody will take to Brian Flores. Everything I've read. He's not very different from zim. Really tough with high expectations of you( the player) honoring the intent of the direct tough approach that great coaches bring.
I harken back to high school. My baseball coach was a pal. Reese Dick was a very kind and palsy baseball coach. "It's high school", he used to say. "I'm here to emphasize fundamentals, sportsmanship while we have fun playing our 18 game conference schedule". I think we won 6 games.
My football coach, Tom Zunino. Dude was a tough disciplinarian and task master. " If you have a complaint, tell you guidance counselor, I'm here to ensure we remain the conference team everybody fears"...
I never made his varsity squad.
That varsity team made the section playoffs numerous times.
The baseball team sent most of these same kids to the football team.
Zunino was a focused task master. Reese just wanted to have fun in the son... Bc, it's high school kiddos.
Btw. Reese Dick had played a few years in the minors. Zunino had played college ball- as a backup.
Reese Dicks son. Dennis. Changed his name to Dennis Alexio. Look him up.

The stories I have on Dennis Dick. That dude was possibly the "bad"est badman* I ever knew. Star shortstop on the baseball team. Kicked off zuninos football team.
*Donny Page. California heavyweight gold gloves championship runner up 1976, 77, 78. Mr brothers roommate, drug dealing pal back in the way back.
Donny Page once destroyed Dennis in a street fight outside the local fair.
Donny was half Samoan, half Mexican. Built similarly to big citrus.
Donny died you g. Heart failure. Likely from the massive amounts of cocaine he and my brother brought in to the nut tree airport from Columbia.
Gotta say. My 5-6 brother pound for pound? Quite the bad man himself. He & Donny spared a lot. Many times just grabbing my brother and tossing him out of the ring.
Idk why he's still alive. Oh- what an a-hole my brother. And the amount of drugs he did? Craziness.
On the other hand. Donny Page treated me like I was his favorite son. That dude was unbelievably kind to me. My brother? Not so much. Dennis Dick? Him neither.
