Teddy is staring down mckinnon- the guy covering Jarius wright leans back towards McKinnon. Jarius comes wide open it's have been a 6 yard toss for a td. On the other side of the field. 6 yards deeper in back of end zone. Couple yards off to the side behind McKinnon. Kyle Rudolph is also open for a pitch & catch TD... I know blair walsh will eventually earn villain status on this day... But- Teddy and his 1st read force instead of standing in another half second. Tossing to one of the open receivers. That sequence always pissed me off.... That and the zone run blocking scheme that desired pulling IOL, whole Seattles 340lb Michael Bennet repeatedly goes TFL free runner. Repeatedly blowing up Adrian 2-3 yards deep.

I don't like zone run schemes! I also don't like it that McKinnon only comes in as a 3rd down pass #1read. No trickery no double pump at Bennet and then a zinger at a 2nd read.

Successful football is accounting for immediate pressure 1st. As well, misdirection, deception. Especially in post season. From bud Grant, Denny Green and noodle. On through Leslie frazier, zimmer & now KOC. An offensive stubbornness to not consistently play opposite the tendencies. When McKinnon comes in... Why not a statue of liberty?
