Sorry your dad had to go through that. I took
care of my father in law before he past. Proud man
And you knew having me “help” me was degrading
to him. I joked as much as I could to make him feel
he wasn’t a burden. I’m been pretty fortunate in my
recovering- only a catch for 4 days and that nice
European hand bag. I will leak for awhile while I heal.
I don’t have the list of medical conditions like you have
been through, but this was my 12 surgery as an adult. My
dad had zero. But I’ve lost 60 lbs since 2023 and I do
stay active. Want my 60’s to be better than my 50’s.
