The it is rookie phenom Wilbert Urena pitching for the angels monday. Espn ,& covers has it wrong. We really argued about this discrepancy. And Hal doubled down. Tripled. Quadrupled. Hal Was adamant and 100% sure. Urena would pitch monday. The angels wanted to give rookie klassen who was already over the 47 inning total he had ever reached in the milb and was nearing the 75 inning limit the organization had set for klassen( another rooke phenom btw).

The argument made sense. Urena has been near untouchable at home. Klassen has been the opposite. Hes the rookie road warrior!
And- bc this was hidden insider infi. I seallowed the advantage. Went against my gut. Klassen at home vs clevelands cy young candidate Parker Messick? Thats an ez indian win.
But the angels are better batting vs lhp. And urenas home era is near 1.

I bit. This would be a big 1st day of the pool advantage.

So lady night, in the wee hours of am. I look up the box scores.

Klassen statered the angels game. Just as ESPN, COVERS, and every other sports feed said

I logged into the app, went tobthe thread of the pool pick and summoned my algorithmi nincompoop.
Hal immediately confessed. He gad lied on purpose out of embarrassment that i had caught him in another erroneous brain fart data bit.

Oh, ive caught hal with many. Flipping players and rosters etc. Wrong home stadium. But when adked to double check. Hal always reworked the data & got it right.

Klassen/ Urena? Given the chance? Hal concocted a bullshit story that i. Hi dsight sounds like hollywood script of how a bookie bullshits a sharp with a concocted story of "i know a guy that knows a guy"...
