for optimism I still work with my Pal who had shingles 10 years ago and he fully recovered. I talk to him all the time.

When he came into the office with it I had never heard of it, and he told me the pain was terrible so I made it a point to get the Vax as soon as I turned 50. Because I had chicken pox at about 5 years old and it was traumatic, I had pox EVERYWHERE on my body and i mean all over everywhere. horrible memory

idk why they have this arbitrary 50 age minimum for shingles, when I went to get it the pharmacist even asked me "why are you getting this now" and I said because my friend had it at 45!!

from googling the two shot series was new, started in 2017 and I think I got it in 2018. They should advertise it more.
