Remember H Cooks for over head receipt and cash system also remember other shops Kings Butchers Bedwells bikes (his brother had a mens outfitters in Vange) also Hickleys electrical goods other side of road near Lloyds bank and Mabs another drapers store and Warrs fruit and veg plus fish restaurant not forgetting my favourite down station lane The Pram Shop(Toys) got burnt down mid 50s I cried .... Lady who ran the shop moved into the Shop that eventually became Hickleys Happy days.
