Isn't "finish" really! the next challenge. I don't understand they way WB contractor has almost every intersection from above 518 to the Causeway bridge in some stage of "torn up". Absolutely unbelievable that they wouldn't have finished two or three along the way before starting the next ones. I'm quite sure TxDOT had something to do with that planning and it, in my humble, red neck, backwoods, ex-planning engineer, opinion is just a bit insane!!
