I found after Ike the best way to apply was online late night or early morning. The phone app. line had wait times of 2-3 hours and the "we will call you back" did not call anyone back. This seems to be the same system. I do know someone who was able to apply on line this morning around 8 a.m. & the process was about half an hour. Hurry up and wait has been the theme of just about everything with Beryl.
