I hear your points about how things could have been done differently and that you made them in a calm matter of fact way is appreciated.
My posts are directed to those whose level of vitriol is off the charts. We will never agree on everything, but we can work toward improvement and understanding without losing our minds. What seems missing is the realization that the mayor was honestly trying the best job she could for the city without sharing all the reasons with the angry mob.
It appears that most of us who support the mayor didn’t realize how much people were suffering since we were not, and what we heard was that it was mostly about being denied a free hamburger.
