Well done that man - glad that you were not feelin too achy afterwards.

After my ride on the KH yesterday my knees were aching like crazy - I put it down to having to raise the footrests to clear the expansions which made it very cramped.

Had a session on the bike this morning, had to cut a little off the underside of each footrest (did not want to "dink" the chambers).

Footrests now back in the lowest position.

Just come back from 50 odd miles on the "Spudmasher" and pleased to say no aches, so hopefully it was caused by the footrest position on the KH.
