My Daughter just wanted to renew her policy as the premium was very competetive, but she needed to change her email address.
Not easy if you cannot access the account, so she raised the issue umpteen times with them, oh yes valued customer blah blah blah, we will sort it.
A week later despite more emails still cannot access the account.
This evening Daughter sent a "final" email to them, basically fix it or I go elsewhere.
About 1/2 hour later we get a call from them, paid the premium and they assured her the policy would be emailed immediately.
An hour later, still no policy emailed, still cannot access the account.
Had it not been for the very competetive premium she would have gone elsewhere - next time she will.
By the way, they dont have a contact number, they are only contactable via the web, oh and one other thing, their live chat does not work....
Wonder if this has something to do with their premiums being so competetive.
Who needs a signature anyway......
