There will be more options soon.
Apparently Hondas new 'e-clutch' system offers full automatic gear changes if you select it. Its cheap, effective & sure to be available on a wider range of bikes than their DCT system.
Also BMW now offer an auto option on their GS but they'll also roll it out to other models, and KTM are developing an auto system too.
If these are popular other manufacturers will follow suit.
