+1 if a great enough population concentration - e.g. when I lived in a more-expensive part of south-east England, there was a specialist company locally that could earn a nice living dealing only with fool injection problems. Some solutions were quite amazing, never appear in any vehicle maker's diagnostic "flow chart".
