Most are on the Council estates but just a few are in the posh Avenues near the beach.
There are about 50 waste tankers down by the beach sewage treatment works. The beach was toxic last weekend after a major leak so they are running the shit tankers. I expect they will empty it into the rivers and hope no one notices it. Water supplier is getting many fines for its incompetence lately.

Pavement parking is totally ignored here by police who say its a Council problem so a lot of people park there and pedestrians walk along the centre of the road and move if a car comes along. I suppose its the poorest people who cannot tax cars due to the money they spend on takeaways and phones. Another Turkish eating place has appeared in town. About 40 takeaways now and 6 Turkish barbers. No need to go abroad for food.
