So perhaps we need a longer period before people start trumpeting how successful it is.

Seems pretty stupid re routing the cycle ride, FFS once the riders have passed through things will be back to "normal".

There will always be people that ignore any speed limit so will the 20 MPH make much difference in the longer term ?
