Had my annual check today and no increase in size over the last year. Its at 34mm on the Aortic vein.
Pleased that it has only expanded 0.5mm in 6 years so its safe at the moment. Its worth having this test which is normally given at age 65 to all males. There are no symptoms that you have one.
My Brother had one and he had not been checked at all. It popped and he died that day with a 70mm diameter vein. Heavy drinker and smoker aged 74
