Our brand new 2024 Subaru with 400 miles on it has been in the shop almost 4 weeks. Road damage repair from a traffic cone falling off a truck and impaling the grill and the air conditioning condenser.

The part it needs has been on backorder from Subaru for 3 weeks.

The problem is that the people responsible are still blaming "supply chain issues" from the artificial Wu-Flu hysteria of four years ago.

The real issue is that they cut back on competent staff and have never come back up to full staffing, preferring to hire a few shaved apes and call piss-poor levels of service "the new normal" and expect us to accept it.
