Yes, those car parks, i have to drive on and find somewhere else. Hospitals use the phone and barrier system so i park up then go into the hospital and register the blue badge. That allows me to drive through.
In a kent hospital this year, i drove in and around and no spaces so tried to get out. Man on the speaker said i needed to pay. Very hard to explain to the non Englishman i had not parked and was just trapped in the car park. I park outside on double yellow lines after that using my 3 hour allowance
