The Volvos were favourite of antique dealers due to that long floor. I have seen one that had a long crack in the floor on each side and heading for the middle. The body was flexing a lot on one of the V6 petrol versions. Apart from that, the bodywork looked perfect.
The 850s did well in the BTCC racing.
I did hire a new 2.4 5 cylinder diesel V70 when one of my cars was being repaired. All leather interior and a real luxury car with 37mpg.
