Maybe that should read "ease of maintenance" - which is probably just as well as they need more regular attention than the wet variety.
My ST2 dry clutch got "grabby" when it needed a clean-out - accomplished with an air line with the engine running while actuating the clutch to release the accumulated dust. Not something you have to do with a wet clucth, as the wear debris comes out with an oil change.
Might be worth having the front pads out to see what is fitted. Sintered pads ("HH" rated) seem to be very sharp in operation. Changing to a set of reputable make organic pads may make the brake more progressive. Another advantage of organics over sintered would be that organic pads are easier on the discs from both a wear and warpage POV.
All good fun. That is what it should be about ! An improvement on the KH400 in that regard then ?
