Both my Honda 125 singles (1972 & '76) had this type of oil filter, as does the 2005 Innova.
In your earlier post you mentioned 1.500 mile oil change intervals. Must admit, I'd be inclined to do it at 1000. Only takes 2 litres, so not that costly.
