Just had an advert from the Triumph dealer. They are selling electric dirt bikes with the branding OSET which they say they have owned for a few years. Maybe soon we might see some with Triumph badges and on road bikes.
What i have seen with electric road bikes is the lack of range but maybe one day it will improve.
The hillclimbing mountain bikes now have some huge batteries. These are the bikes used for extreme downhill rides and the battery is the means of getting back to the top. Range can be 30 miles on one of the boys bikes. Triumph are not selling the mountain bikes though.
