Hope whoever that's moving to Woodbury is not buying my neighbours house..because it's been refurbished by a so called Master builder he built an extra garage so two garages that are fake it's a large extension to the house to look like double garages NO planning permission..
Whe he moved in he removed the porch that ran along the front of the house reason it cut the light into the kitchen.. they never use the kitchen never seen them in there.. removing the porch has revealed breez blocks so they need removing and an RSJ inserted as its water ingress ... what has he done he has painted dummy bricks on the breez blocks..
The house is being sold with large parking area.. Not true as I own that land and part of the drive into the three house estate though there is an agreement that we Al cover damage to the driveways
So all is not what it seems put out by the estate agents..
