We often have normal caravans dumped in side streets here and a few vehicles but they get moved by the Council eventually after the kids have had some stone throwing practice.
Going down the Plymouth road, there is a large storage area for campers that want to leave them for Winter. At least 1000 in the yard. Still popular locally. Our seafront normally has over 100 parked up looking out to sea all Summer as parking fee is low. They have now built an area behind and put water and toilets in but very few use it as no view of the sea. Worst part of this is the owners put tables and chairs across the footpath and cycle path blocking it.
I like to drive past these campers at 6.30 am with windows open and radio up high. I think they appreciate it as they still keep coming to listen
