I agree, what I'm saying is avoid the downers.
A mate of mine phones me when he's angry with Gov politicians etc, because it only take me a few minutes to get him to see the funny side of things we can't do anything about.
My own County Council came out of a split of a bust authority, with the same jokers voted in again. When they tried to hold their first meeting, they found they didn't have anywhere to get together - the massive new £multi millions HQ is now in the other half of the county! If that doesn't raise a laugh...
