Gald I dont live in Londonistan, mind you there are a few 20mph limits randomly appearing around here.

As mentioned before cant see why they are there, not been any accidents reported in the areas wher they are.

Know what you mean about people driving up yer arse in these 20 limits, a few times on the Him I have pulled over to let them pass, often accompanied by tooting of their horn or waving fists.
